This month we feature another neat Replacements pet, and owner! Bailey, a delightful Jack Russell Terrier now three years old, comes to work regularly with Replacements staff member Kristie Gibbons. Kristie works as a quality inspector in our very large warehouse facility, and on the days Bailey comes to work she can be found by Kristie’s side. During breaks, Kristie and Bailey often play Frisbee and take walks around the building.

Kristie has many other pets as well! Bailey has five dog sisters, three cat sisters, and a bird to accompany her at home. Although Bailey really likes the additional company at home, she loves coming to work at Replacements and has been doing so since she was ten weeks old. As you can imagine, Bailey has made a number of friends throughout the building who offer her treats and belly rubs. With respect to Replacements’ pet-friendly policy, Kristie says, “I love the pet friendly policy at Replacements, Ltd. Whenever I am having a stressful day, I can go for a walk with my dog or reach down and love her. After that, nothing really seems all that bad.”
