Jessie Harris is a member of the Replacements, Ltd. Sales Service team and has been with the company for four years. She came to work at Replacements in 2001 after retiring from a previous employer and realizing that she liked working better than retirement! Before coming to Replacements, Jessie acquired her first dog, "LJ" on December 6th, 2000. LJ is a poodle mix and was adopted from a local shelter. Three years later, on December 7, 2003, Jessie adopted her 2nd dog, “Sage”, a Lhasa Apso mix. Jessie says that LJ and Sage make wonderful companions and have always gotten along well with each other.

LJ considers himself a “watch-poodle.” He has a habit of barking at the Replacements security guard each time the guard makes his rounds through our telephone call center. LJ considers the entire call center his territory. Sage was quick to pick up LJ’s habit of barking at the security guards as well! Both LJ and Sage have reputations for being spoiled. They know all of the places in the building to get treats. Jessie has said that LJ and Sage have become so well known throughout the building that if she doesn't bring them to work she is overwhelmed with inquiries as to why they are not at work.

Jessie had this to say about the Replacements, Ltd. pet friendly policy, “I believe that our pet policy is the greatest. Whenever I am having a difficult day, being able to pet my pooches has such a calming effect. It is one of my favorite benefits at Replacements."
