This month, we feature “Mica,” a mixed breed rescue dog owned by Libby Lian. Libby has been a member of our Telephone Sales team since joining us in 2002. Libby rescued  Mica from the Guilford County Animal Shelter in August of 2003. Libby says that her family was looking for a “pound puppy” that they could bring home and shower with love.

Libby is a part-time employee who works at night. Because of this, her family prefers that the dog stay at home with them. When Mica does visit Replacements, Ltd. she is not content to sit at Libby’s desk. She prefers, instead, to visit everyone. She loves getting treats and playing with a “squeaky snowman,” a toy that Libby brings with her from home.

When asked what she liked most about Replacements pet-friendly policy, Libby had this to say, “I love the pet-friendly policy. I wish my kids would let me bring Mica more often. With Mica here at Replacements, Ltd., I always know that I have a friend with me at work.”
