Through attention to detail and pre-emptive quality control
points, every effort is made to eliminate any type of order problem for our valued
customers. Nevertheless, if a problem does occur, we provide
friendly and efficient follow up service. If more research is needed after
a customer contacts us regarding an order problem, our goal is to contact the
customer with a status update within an hour. Additionally, we have a 30-day,
"no questions asked" return policy, to ensure the satisfaction of any
customer in the unlikely event that there is an order problem.
